Therma for Healthcare Workers

The shift ends. The day doesn't.

Healthcare work sends you home carrying things that have no handoff. Therma is a 60-second check-in that gives the day somewhere to land.

The problem

Healthcare has a protocol for everything except what the day does to the people delivering it. The codes, the conversations, the systems that make good care harder than it should be: all of it comes home in a body that still has a family, a commute, and four hours until the next alarm. Debriefs cover the clinical part.

The human part gets handled in the parking lot, or not at all. Most of the people who leave the field do not leave over one bad day. They leave over a thousand unwitnessed ones.

There is a handoff protocol for every patient. There has never been one for you.

How Therma helps

Therma is a witness that takes one minute. The check-in marks how the day actually felt, the reveal connects it to your sleep and schedule, and over weeks the picture sharpens: which rotations run heavy, what the pager really costs, when the accumulation starts bending your baseline.

Nothing to perform, nothing to chart. Just the practice of not disappearing from your own week.

What you get

  1. 1
    The 60-second check-in

Sixty seconds anywhere: the car, the elevator, the last quiet minute before home. One honest answer, then done.

  2. 2
    The weekly reveal

Your week, correlated: mood against sleep, shifts, and days off. The reveal shows the shape of the cost and where it lightens.

  3. 3
    Chat

For the day that will not file itself away. Chat sits with it. No advice, no fixing, no chart review.

Common questions

Is Therma a substitute for professional help?

No. It is a daily self-awareness practice for the ordinary weight of the work. For acute distress, a clinician or crisis line is the right resource; Therma lives well before that point.

Does it work with brutal schedules?

It was built for exactly that. The check-in takes 60 seconds at any hour, and the reveal reads your real sleep through Apple Health or Oura, however fractured the week made it.

Who sees my data?

You. It is encrypted, access-audited, never sold, and never used to train models. Nothing about your check-ins touches an employer, a system, or anyone else.
