Therma for Remote Workers

The commute was a boundary.

Remote work deleted the seams between work and life. Therma is a 60-second check-in that stitches one back in: a daily moment where you actually land.

The problem

The office had edges: a commute that closed the day, hallway contact that topped up something you did not know you needed, a desk you could leave. Remote work erased them. The day starts mid-scroll and ends mid-sentence, most human contact is a rectangle, and the loneliness arrives so gradually it feels like personality.

You are home all day and somehow never quite arrive there. Nothing marks the difference between a full life and a full calendar.

You stopped commuting and the day stopped ending.

How Therma helps

Therma is the seam. One 60-second check-in, ideally at the day's end, that asks how it actually felt.

The weekly reveal connects the answer to your sleep and the texture of the week, and the remote-specific patterns surface quickly: what a no-meeting day actually does for you, how the isolation accumulates, which evenings restored you and which just ended. Small ritual, real boundary.

What you get

  1. 1
    The 60-second check-in

Sixty seconds that mark the end of the workday, since nothing else does anymore.

  2. 2
    The weekly reveal

Mood against sleep, meetings, and the week's shape. The reveal shows what the blur is costing and which days actually restored you.

  3. 3
    Chat

The thing you would have said out loud in an office, said somewhere at last. Chat listens. No advice, no fixing.

Common questions

How is this different from a habit app?

Habit apps count what you did. Therma notices how you were. There are no badges and no scoreboard, just one honest data point a day and a weekly synthesis that connects it to your body's data.

When does the check-in happen?

Whenever it fits; the end of the workday is popular because it rebuilds the boundary the commute used to mark. The adaptive prompt meets you at whatever hour you show up.

Does it help with the isolation?

It will not replace people, and it does not pretend to. What it does is make the isolation visible as a pattern instead of a mood, which is usually the difference between drifting further and changing something.
