You know your splits. Not what moved them.
Runners keep meticulous data on the body and none on the inside weather. Therma is a 60-second check-in that runs alongside your training data and explains the days the legs had no answer.

The problem
Every runner knows the mystery run: perfect conditions, decent sleep, dead legs anyway. Or its twin, the effortless tempo in the middle of a terrible week. The training data never explains them, because the missing variable is not in the watch.
Stress tightens stride, mood decides whether the easy day actually restored anything, and none of it gets written down. So the plan gets adjusted based on pace charts that are missing their most predictive column.
“The watch measured everything about that run except why it felt like that.”
How Therma helps
Therma adds the column. Sixty seconds a day, after the run or before bed, and the weekly reveal lines mood against sleep, HRV, and the week's shape through Apple Health and Oura. The mystery runs start resolving: the dead legs that follow certain workdays, the restoration that only happens on real rest, the mood lift that shows up two hours post-run and fades by Thursday.
You already train by data. This is the rest of it.
What you get
- 1The 60-second check-in
Faster than lacing up. One question a day, answered in the cooldown or on the couch.
- 2The weekly reveal
Mood against sleep, HRV, and training rhythm. The reveal explains the runs the pace chart can't.
- 3Chat
Setback weeks, race nerves, the identity question when training stalls. Chat sits with all of it. No advice, no fixing.
Common questions
Does it read my running data?
It reads sleep and HRV through Apple Health and Oura, which is where the recovery story lives. The reveal connects those numbers to how you actually felt, day by day.
Will it nag me on rest days?
No. Nothing in Therma pushes, punishes, or counts your mileage. Rest days are data like any other, and the streak forgives real life.
Is this for serious runners or casual ones?
Both. The practice is identical at any weekly mileage: one honest minute a day. What changes is the pattern it reveals, and everyone has one.
